Network recording of inbound telephone calls

Record incoming telephone calls to your business free of charge using an 0844 number and Call Recording + from ITC. Following our quick and easy set up process, all of your inbound calls are recorded and stored off site – no equipment is required at your premises and no IT resource is needed.

Here's how it works:

A customer dials your 0844 number
Upon connection, the customer hears a recorded message advising him that the call may be recorded
Your agent then picks up the call and proceeds with the phone conversation
The full call is recorded (no maximum length)
An email containing a file of the call is automatically and instantaneously sent to your designated email inbox. The details provided include the time and date of the call

Network recording of outbound calls

Calls from your office can be recorded using Call Recording + from ITC when they pass through our network. An additional benefit that customers find is that this service also saves them money on their current monthly telephone bill.

The recorded calls are then available for immediate playback.
