Assess the effectiveness of your campaign.

Measuring the effectiveness of telephone marketing campaigns can be assessed in many different ways. You may, for example, allocate a different 08 telephone number for each campaign. The subsequent analysis of your call statistics will enable you to determine the cost of each lead produced.

Looking at your sales figures will provide you with the total revenue generated from your campaign.

However there is a large gap between producing a lead and a successful sale.

Telephone call recording enables you to analyse the granular detail of your campaign. You will be able to understand and categorise information such as: the type of people responding, where they saw your ad and the key questions asked.

Understanding a poor campaign response

A recent advertising campaign may be producing a large number of leads, but few are converting to sales.
